Cloud Infrastructure & VDI Administrator (AWS)

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure & VDI Administrator to manage and support our AWS GovCloud environment, including VDI platforms and FileCloud systems. This role will focus on cloud operations, system reliability, user support, and infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure and VDI environments
Administer FileCloud, including user onboarding, support, and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance, security, and compliance
Perform patching, upgrades, and on-call support
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, etc.)
Hands‑on experience with VDI or virtual environments
Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure
Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
