Weekend Admission/Marketing Coordinator

Weekend tours, manage inquiries, and execute marketing campaigns to boost occupancy. This role requires weekend availability to conduct site tours, process admissions, while collaborating with weekday staff to ensure smooth lead follow-up.

Core Responsibilities

Weekend Admissions & Tours: Act as the primary point of contact on weekends, conducting site tours, managing walk-ins, and facilitating the admission process.

Lead Generation & Nurturing: Respond promptly to email/phone inquiries, follow up with leads.

Marketing Execution: Implement promotional plans and prepare marketing materials/collateral for weekend events.

Event Coordination: Coordinate weekend promotional events, or community engagements.

Data & Reporting: Track weekend visitor traffic, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness, providing reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Availability: Must be able to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

Experience: Previous experience in marketing, admissions, sales, or customer service (LTC Nursing Facility)

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with prospective clients/families.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, such as touring a family while managing digital leads.

Must be able to walk throughout the facility for tours (up to 75% of the workday).
