Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience using ATS or CRM systems

Ability to manage time, prioritize, and work independently
Day to Day We’re hiring a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new revenue and grow our client base. This is a true “hunter” role with strong earning potential in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
Secure client agreements and job orders
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Upsell/cross-sell staffing solutions (temp, temp-to-hire, direct hire, AEO)
Conduct client meetings and deliver tailored solutions
Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
