Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons has an opening for an Integration with 8+ years of engineering experience in defense or aerospace; or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of the same experience. 4+ years in a leadership role overseeing integration and test with a multi-disciplinary team of 10+ engineers Strong knowledge of Test and Evaluation processes. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs (e.g., aircraft, missile, radars, unmanned systems). Prior experience with agile development methodologies in a defense context Excellent written and oral communication; ability to produce clear technical reports and brief senior leadership and government officials Active US Government DoD Secret security clearance with ability to get cleared for SAP Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent project management certification. TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph. Hands on hardware/software integration for embedded, real-time systems. Experience with Flight Test Engineering and coordination with Government personnel #LI-MA1 Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
