
Data Control Tech (ZAMs + SSD) (Hardware)

Must Haves:
Hands‑on experience with hardware, inventory tracking, or operational support preferred
Previously worked with ZAMs and SSD
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with a high degree of accountability
Flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability
Day to Day:
Track and manage data storage devices and SSDs using Jira, ensuring inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
Assign data storage devices and SSDs to vehicles to support autonomous testing.
Fulfill daily shipment requests to remote testing locations in a timely and organized manner.
Upload test data upon completion of testing to ensure data is readily available for development teams.
Monitor and track data upload status, providing timely updates and visibility to developers and stakeholders as needed.
Perform readiness checks on all storage devices after data uploads are complete to confirm devices are prepared for recirculation.
File tickets for storage devices that are not functioning properly and track issues all the way through resolution to ensure full lifecycle accountability.
Monitor and respond to daily, time-sensitive email requests from our partner to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Debug storage hardware devices.
