Job Description
The Production Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized production area, preparing workspaces for operation, assembling products and parts, and efficiently working on the production line to meet production goals. The ideal candidate must be skilled in following detailed shop instructions, using hand tools, and reading tape measures with precision. A successful candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to following safety protocols and health guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Duties & Responsibilities

Follow health and safety standards

Maintain a clean workstation and production floor

Assemble products and parts

Follow production guidelines and specifications

Finalize and package products for shipment

Work on the production line and meet production targets

Report any issues to supervisor on duty

Perform other tasks as assigned

Position Duration
Temporary assignment, up to 8 weeks based on business needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Forklift certification and a minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience

Possess strong mathematical abilities

Demonstrate strong communication abilities

Work well in a team environment

Pushing/pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Fluent in English

Materials and Equipment Directly Used

Standard office equipment including computer, mouse, keyboard, telephone, multifunction copier

Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel‑toed safety shoes

Additional Information

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

An applicant must complete a satisfactory background check post‑offer of employment. A criminal conviction will not be an automatic bar to employment.

Must be willing and able to pass a post‑offer drug screen and physical (if required)

Must be 18 years of age or older.
