Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI & Tableau Developer with strong Digital Analytics and Product Ownership capabilities to join a fast‑paced, cross‑functional analytics team. This role will drive data‑driven decision‑making across business, marketing, and digital domains by delivering scalable analytics solutions, executive dashboards, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in BI tools, digital analytics, and data strategy, with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Lead execution of digital analytics and BI strategy aligned with broader business objectives
Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to drive analytics adoption
Influence stakeholders across a non‑hierarchical, cross‑functional environment including business, marketing, and engineering teams
Champion a data‑driven culture, promoting analytics, testing, and continuous optimization
Translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive and non‑technical audiences
Analytics & Product Ownership
Act as a Product Owner for analytics solutions, managing priorities, backlog, and delivery of BI initiatives
Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and visualization teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Define KPIs, success metrics, and customer journey analytics frameworks across digital and business channels
Drive a hypothesis‑based testing approach (A/B, multivariate testing) to optimize performance
Develop playbooks and best practices for analytics, reporting, and experimentation
Deliver insights that explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken
BI Development & Data Visualization
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Build executive‑level dashboards supporting workforce analytics, marketing performance, and operational insights
Ensure dashboards provide centralized, integrated views of data from multiple sources
Apply best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and user experience design
Perform ad‑hoc analysis and reporting for leadership and business stakeholders
Data & Technical Responsibilities
Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and ETL workflows
Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Oracle, APIs, SharePoint, and cloud platforms
Work with modern data ecosystems including data lakes, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Redshift, BigQuery)
Collaborate on data pipeline development and analytics architecture
Ensure data governance, security, and data quality standards are maintained
Support migration and modernization initiatives across BI and data platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Analytics
Strong hands‑on experience with:
Power BI and Tableau dashboard development
SQL (T‑SQL, stored procedures, data modeling)
Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise‑scale reporting solutions
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360)
Experience with A/B testing, performance marketing analytics, and customer journey analysis
Familiarity with ETL tools such as Alteryx
Experience with Tableau Server / Power BI Service administration
Exposure to Big Data and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
Experience working in consulting or enterprise environments
