Desktop Support Technician

to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Desktop Support Technician:

Provide on-site desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting and installations.

Manage service delivery and resolve incidents for assigned and regional sites using ServiceNow.

Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation within the Service Desk system.

Support PC lifecycle activities such as installs, moves, upgrades, and disposals.

Your skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware, networking, and audio/video equipment.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver user training and clear instructions.

Demonstrated customer focus and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
