Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move and stack materials

Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets

Safely transport materials within the warehouse or production area

Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate products

Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience

Previous experience operating forklifts,

pallet jacks ,

lift trucks ,

clamp trucks ,

Sit-down/Stand up ,

Reach truck ,

order pickers , or hi‑lo equipment

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus

Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory tracking

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in load/unload procedures

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for heavy equipment operation

Skills

Proficient in operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors

Strong problem‑solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations
