Through our Plastipak Academy, we provide exceptional ongoing training & certification support.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform maintenance for either extrusion or blow molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations.
Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution.
Participate in reactive maintenance.
Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures.
Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training & on‑the‑job experiences, positioning you for internal promotions.
Requirements:
Able to work either a 12 hour day shift or a 12 hour night shift, rotating schedule 3-2-2-3.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
Welding/fabrication experience a plus.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonus.
