Overview
Northside Lexus is looking for a
Customer Service Administrator
who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our Call Center Team—supporting customers over the phone while providing essential administrative assistance to our Service Department.
We’re searching for someone with a winning attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary customer service representative on the phones
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
Provide clear explanations of invoices to customers
Resolve concerns or issues with professionalism and care
Perform standard administrative duties to support the Service Department
Fully coordinate and communicate customer needs with the service team to ensure a seamless experience
Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Additional training or education is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong keyboarding and documentation skills
A customer-focused mindset with outstanding service abilities
Reliability, professionalism, and a personable demeanor
A desire for a long-term career, not just another job
