A global leader in industrial-grade memory, storage, and embedded solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their U.S. Central office. This company is at the forefront of AIoT innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions that power intelligent systems across diverse industries.
About the Role
As a BDM, you’ll be responsible for driving new business development and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and account growth. You’ll work with OEM clients and decision-makers in verticals such as Energy, Military, Medical, Networking, and Surveillance .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Build strong relationships with engineering and product stakeholders.
Present tailored solutions for Flash Storage (SSD), DRAM, Embedded Peripherals, and AIoT systems.
Prepare RFQs and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Attend trade shows and represent the brand.
Provide regular pipeline and activity reports to leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in tech or hardware).
Proven success in full-cycle sales and cold outreach.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and embedded systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bonus Points For
Experience selling to OEMs.
Background in Flash Storage, DRAM, or embedded computing.
Familiarity with industrial verticals and design-in sales processes.
Hybrid work model (remote + office in Round Rock, TX).
