Monday - Friday; 6am - 2:30pm (w/Mandatory Overtime) PAID WEEKLY
Overview
Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility.
Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Stages cart in lift table, secures safety chain, and raises the table.
Folds linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers.
Identifies and segregates merchandise not meeting specified quality standards (rips, tears, holes, stains).
Accurately verifies merchandise quantity and bundles by type.
Places bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves.
Maneuvers full and empty baskets.
Maintains safe and clean work environment, observes best practices in all production activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills.
Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Meet attendance schedule.
Working Conditions
Warehouse setting, exposed to outside weather, extreme heat/cold, dust, noise.
Shift schedule, may include weekends.
Overtime required as needed.
Working Environment / Safety Requirements

Repetitive motions, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, lifting.
Use of hands for grasping, other manipulations.
Standing and walking for long periods.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Benefits
Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, pension. 40 hours paid vacation per year, 40 floating holiday hours, 40 paid sick hours. 6 paid holidays annually.
Compensation
Hourly rate $16.00, subject to experience and qualifications.
