Position Title
Order Selector (Day and Overnight Shifts) and Warehouse Management Trainee – Overnights
Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM OR 9 PM to 5:30 AM (overnight). Overtime opportunities available.
Pay: $26–$36 per hour based on position and shift, with a $4 shift differential for overnight work.
Position Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements
Order Selector: Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality; load outbound trailers with Uline product; frequently move packages weighing 50–70 lbs; comfortable using warehouse equipment up to 30 ft; high school diploma or equivalent; give it your all every day.
Warehouse Management Trainee – Overnights: Master all aspects of warehouse operations via an 18‑month rotational program; participate in hands‑on training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments; develop warehouse management skills with a focus on accuracy, safety and performance; complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications; bachelor’s degree required; ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment; enthusiastic, self‑motivated team player able to multitask; excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
