Rugby Architectural Building Products
is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.)
Position
We are growing and seeking a Class B or A CDL Driver. You will use your CDL license to deliver products to our customers. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for customer orders.

Shift Times: 6 a.m. - Finish

Your Day-to-Day
Offload trucks with materials from our vendor, and load trucks with product to ship to our customers.
Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification is a plus!
Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
Lift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.
Use your CDL B or A to deliver products.
Should You Apply
History of being a truck driver, delivery driver, and especially experience with a Class B CDL or Class A CDL.
Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty.
Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity.
Highly organized and self-motivated – you should be a self-starter who doesn’t require constant supervision.
Experienced driver with a Class B or A license (CDL B or A) and medical card.
Able to pass drug test, background, Clearinghouse and motor vehicle pre-employment screen.
Required to pass a driving test.
Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S. Department of Transportation and provide a valid medical card.
