Growth Manager, Factor Form
Location: This is a hybrid role to the NYC HelloFresh Headquarters
Factor Form is hiring a Growth Manager to serve as the operational engine behind our growth strategy, owning the execution layer that allows us to move faster, test more, and scale what works.
This is a high-context operator role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing execution, data, and cross-channel strategy. Your time will be split between marketing operations and data. Managing channel operations, approving creative, building tracking infrastructure, and ensuring every active campaign is running cleanly across platforms. On the data side, building performance reports, refining LTV models, sizing opportunities, and translating insights into action.
This is not a passive coordinator role. It is a high-context execution role built for someone who can make fast, informed judgment calls, thrives in ambiguity, and understands that the details are where growth is won or lost.
You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Head of Growth, agency partners, Product Marketing, and Tech.
You will…
Own the Marketing Operations Layer
- Manage channel setup and execution work including onboarding new platforms and tracking, attribution, creating discount codes, and maintaining UTM infrastructure
- Review and approve creative and messaging from agency partners daily, ensuring alignment with brand standards and active campaign strategy
- Coordinate influencer and affiliate product sampling logistics end-to-end
- Maintain landing pages, promotional flows, and campaign assets across active channels
Be the Analytical Backbone of Growth
- Own performance reporting that surfaces what's working quickly enough to act on it
- Maintain and refine LTV models across product segments to ensure CAC targets stay accurate as our channel mix evolves
- Identify highest-leverage growth opportunities across the funnel and translate them into clear, prioritized testing roadmaps
- Build dashboards and recurring reporting that drive decision-making across the team
Drive Experimentation & Execution
- Design, prioritize, and analyze A/B tests across lifecycle and on-site surfaces
- Ensure experiments are structured, measurable, and tied to revenue impact
- Maintain rigorous follow-through from insight → test → rollout → scale
Act as a Force Multiplier to the Head of Growth
- Own the operational layer so the Head of Growth can focus on strategy and channel expansion
- Bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving growth problems
- Improve cross-functional alignment and accountability across every initiative you touch
You are…
- Highly Analytical. You are deeply comfortable with cohort analysis, retention curves, CAC/LTV modeling, and subscription economics. You instinctively look for the root cause in the numbers.
- A Swiss-Army Knife Operator. You can flex from building a financial model to QA’ing a lifecycle flow to writing a test brief. No task feels “below” you if it drives growth.
- Conscientious & Detail-Oriented. You sweat the details. You catch errors others miss. You follow through. You build systems that prevent chaos.
- Structured Thinker. You bring order to ambiguity and create clarity in fast-moving environments.
- Low-Ego, High-Ownership. You care about winning as a team more than owning a lane.
At a minimum, you have…
- 3–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, strategy, analytics, or DTC operating roles
- Strong hands-on experience with cohort analysis and performance reporting
- Experience working in Shopify and Klaviyo
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue impact
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree required
You’ll get…
- Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vest immediately upon participation, and company equity plan based on role
- Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment
- Tuition reimbursement for continuing education (upon 2 years of service)
- Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)
- Access to 7 different Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including those for BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+
- Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain
This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the responsibilities. However, the Company reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reassign work tasks and responsibilities as needed to meet changing business needs, operational requirements, or other factors.
