Position Summary Design Project Manager
Responsibilities Lead design charrettes
Lead government design meetings
Lead project team meetings
Provide mentorship to assigned team members
Coordinate and collaborate across disciplines
Qualifications Minimum 20 years experience facility design, programming, and construction documentation
Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple commercial design projects valued $50M minimum, $60K sq ft, preferred up to $100M
US Architectural License required
Experience with Department of Defense preferred
Experience with OSHPD a plus
Software proficiencies: REVIT, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, Bluebeam, SpecsIntact (preferred), and Microsoft Office
Pay & Benefits Hybrid work schedule: Monday‑Wednesday in office, optional work‑from‑home Thursday and Friday
