Full Time Retail Supervisor
position at our Fenton store located at 3150 Owen Rd in Fenton, MI. $19.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in‑store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Supervise and train store staff
Open and close the store according to policy and as directed
Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling
Deliver good customer service
Maintain a safe and secure work environment
Appropriately handle customer concerns/complaints
Stock and return merchandise per company directive
Ensure that all merchandise is displayed appropriately
Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Do you have 1 year of customer service experience?
Ability to use cash register and follow Goodwill policy and procedures?
Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary?
Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
Can you reach, bend or stoop?
Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
Do you have a valid Michigan Driver's License?
Ability to push, pull and operate a pallet jack
Must have telephone access
Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
