Work Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome patients and ensure a smooth, stress‑free registration process.

Serve as the first point of contact, providing friendly, professional customer service.

Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless patient flow for inpatient and outpatient procedures.

Tackle patient details and solve complex inquiries, acting as the go‑to person for any questions.

Support multiple areas, including the Emergency Department, Outpatient and Inpatient Registration.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Customer Service Experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare settings.

Strong communication (verbal and written) and keyboarding skills.

Ability to learn and grow by completing a Patient Access Representative II competency exam within one year and readiness to advance.

Problem‑solving skills and confidence in handling insurance or patient concerns.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Two years of patient contact experience.

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Experience working in a hospital, business, or insurance office.
