Job Description
We are seeking a talented Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our investment team. In this role, you will support our private investment strategies, conducting in-depth analysis on real estate deals, PE funds, and co-investment opportunities. As our current analyst is transitioning out, we're looking for a quick starter who can dive in independently and contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for private investments in real estate, PE funds, and co-investments.
Research market trends, identify investment opportunities, and prepare investment memos and reports.
Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
Monitor and track investment performance, providing insights to optimize strategies.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as fund managers and industry contacts.
Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant experience as an analyst in private investments, real estate, PE funds, or co-investments (preferred for Senior Analyst level).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg) and data analysis.
Experience in a fast-paced investment environment; must be a self-starter capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
For candidates with less experience (e.g., recent graduates), we welcome applications from those with high-quality internships in real estate investment firms or PE firms.
