7am-4pm ET

Mon-Fri.
Role and Scope of Position
The Cost Analyst supports the development of transmission capital projects by providing accurate early‑phase cost estimates and financial forecasting. The role contributes to the Shovel-Ready Initiative by ensuring reliable cost profiles for transmission asset‑condition projects advancing toward construction readiness.
Essential Functions
Develop and refine early‑phase forecasts for transmission projects
Forecast development‑stage spending and capital‑plan impacts
Manage and coordinate work order status throughout the lifecycle of the shelf‑project development.
Evaluate cost risks related to design development, permitting, and long‑lead materials
Support financial models and cost histories that improve capital‑planning accuracy
Experience and Education
2 to 5 years of experience.
