About the Role *This is a performance‑based role--please only apply if you are comfortable singing and playing in front of groups. We’re looking for a musician who loves people to become the face of our community events.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who can both perform and host—leading fun, engaging experiences like Open Mic Nights, Karaoke Night, Ukulele Jam Clubs, Family Game Nights (and much more) while helping us build something truly special from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Host & Perform
Lead weekly and monthly events:
Open Mic Nights
Karaoke Nights
Family Game Nights
Ukulele Jam Clubs
Act as the host/emcee—welcoming guests, keeping energy high, and guiding the flow.
Perform occasionally to:
Kick off events
Fill transitions
Support less experienced performers
Create Musical Experiences
Use your instrument to enhance events:
Accompany singers (huge plus if you play ukulele, guitar, or piano)
Lead group sing‑alongs
Create fun, low‑pressure performance opportunities for beginners
Build the Program
Work directly with ownership to:
Shape and evolve this brand‑new role
Develop new event ideas
Improve attendance and engagement over time
Build Community
Create a welcoming environment for students and families
Encourage participation from all skill levels
Help turn first‑time visitors into long‑term members of our community
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Haves:
You sing and play at least one instrument
Ukulele is ideal
Guitar or piano strongly preferred
