Keep Our Customers SmilingRamsey Mazda of Des Moines is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining our vehicle inventory, supporting sales operations, and ensuring our customers receive vehicles that look great and are delivery ready.## **What You’ll Do*** Move and organize vehicles on the lot to maintain proper display and support sales activities* Deliver vehicles to off-site locations as needed* Monitor tire pressure and add air or fuel when required* Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery* Wash and prioritize vehicles based on appearance and delivery timelines* Identify basic vehicle repairs or building maintenance needs and notify management* Assist the shuttle driver when necessary* Perform additional duties as assigned## **What We’re Looking For*** Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including both manual and automatic transmissions* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record* Professional appearance and strong work ethic* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment### ## **Why Work with Us*** Competitive pay* Medical, Dental and Vision Plans* Paid Holidays & PTO* Short and Long-Term Disability* Paid Life Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Employee Stock Purchase Plan2* Lithia Learning Center### *High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
