*Position Overview*
Milestones Pediatric PT is seeking a passionate and experienced *Pediatric Occupational Therapist or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant* to join our team. This full-time, in-clinic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development while working alongside a supportive and motivated team.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive evaluations for new patients
* Plan and deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
* Communicate effectively with families regarding progress and goals
* Develop and instruct individualized home exercise programs
* Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care
* Participate in monthly team meetings and clinic collaboration
*Qualifications*
* Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
* Active and unrestricted *Michigan Occupational Therapy license* (required)
* Minimum *1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience*
* Ability to pass a background check
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
