Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Head to lead the design, delivery, and execution of cutting‑edge IT solutions and AI‑driven projects. This role will act as a critical bridge between onshore (US clients/stakeholders) and offshore (delivery/engineering teams) to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and high‑quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern AI technologies including Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and RAG pipelines, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT solutions and AI‑based projects.
Act as a liaison between onshore clients and offshore development teams.
Drive architecture, design, and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions.
Oversee development of systems using:
AWS Bedrock (LLM integrations)
LangChain & LangGraph frameworks
Agentic AI architectures
RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines
Python‑based backend systems
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Collaborate with sales and pre‑sales teams for solutioning and technical proposals.
Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and architecture validations.
Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges across projects.
Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solution offerings.
