In this critical role, you will develop and maintain robust data pipelines, analyze large datasets, and support the onboarding and management of institutional investor data. Your expertise will enable the firm to deliver secure, accurate, and timely portfolio insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for large-scale data processing and storage.
Conduct in-depth analysis of data sets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Troubleshoot data quality issues, ensuring integrity and usability of client data.
Evaluate and enhance the performance of data systems and workflows.
Develop ETL processes using Python and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
Maintain stored procedures within MySQL and MSSQL environments to streamline data operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data models aligned with business needs and maintain strict security protocols.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, with strong Python and SQL skills.
Deep knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and MSSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Experience working with institutional investment or financial data is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
