Overview

The System Enablement Manager is responsible for executing an enterprise enablement strategy that drives system adoption and user proficiency across the organization.
This role partners cross functionally to identify gaps and business goals and optimizes Salesforce products and tools to support those areas.
The manager supports major project rollouts through proactive enablement and provides hands on, virtual or on-site guidance as needed to ensure successful adoption of new business processes.
What you’ll be doing

Manage virtual and onsite support team to support deployments including developing content, assessing readiness, delivering training, monitoring hypercare, and providing hands-on guidance.
Deploy Salesforce features to guide users and improve compliance:
Define the roadmap for system enablement across all functions. Lead the implementation of Salesforce-native tools such as In-App Guidance, Guidance Paths, and Knowledge to enhance user experience and enforce process standards. Establish KPIs tied to enablement outcomes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and governance
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration teams to ensure enablement efforts are synchronized with broader business initiatives. Establish governance frameworks for content lifecycle, release management, and change management, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Collaborate on process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders to integrate system enhancement into functional training plans, ensuring that system changes align with commercial & operational needs. Work closely with SDFC system releases and Willscot development and project teams to understand upcoming system enhancements to support smooth rollout.
Education and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years combined experience in enablement or technical training roles
5+ years progressive experience managing both people and processes
