SociAbility Therapy, PLLC is a premier private practice with over fifteen years’ experience serving children, teens, and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, social anxiety, and mood disorders. With two locations, conveniently located in Northbrook & Grayslake, IL our passionate, collaborative staff of clinicians help clients reach their goals on a daily basis. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team.
The Clinical Psychologist will complete comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and will provide outpatient individual and group therapy to patients at SociAbility Therapy, PLLC. Clinical testing and therapeutic services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. SociAbility's mission is to help members of our communities reconnect with the things that are truly important and thrive, both in their own lives and in their relationships. We focus on offering specialized treatments to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and learning disorders. Our objective is to work with our clients to assist them in developing healthy, adaptive strategies to improve their lives. We are an experienced team of mental health professionals who value working collaboratively and helping improve the health and wellness of clients in our community. Successful applicants must have an interest in collaborating with other staff members and working as a team, sharing knowledge and resources with others, developing leadership skills, and finding creative solutions to meeting the needs of our community. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology.
* Active, unrestricted license in the State of Illinois.
* Ability and willingness to build a caseload of a minimum of 25 client hours per week.
* Must have strong clinical skills in treatment, assessment and crisis intervention for conducting diagnostic evaluations, and providing individual, couples and family therapy to children, teens, and adults who experience social, behavioral, and emotional difficulties (including but not limited to autism, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, etc.).
* Prior experience working in a private practice highly preferred.
* Prior experience serving individuals with ASD, ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders highly preferred.
