Competitive Base Salary (up to $225k DOE) + Structured, Performance-Based Bonuses Quarterly Bonus Cadence: 20% bonus at 1,600 billable hours; $20K additional at 1,800 hours; further incentives at 2,000 hours Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO Leadership opportunities + client generation potential within a legacy firm Job Details Work either remote from CA or hybrid remote in Pasadena Manage a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters which may include business disputes, land use, real estate litigation, fiduciary and trust-related litigation, probate, elder law, employment, healthcare, and public agency disputes Represent individuals, fiduciaries, public entities, and business clients in local, state, and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals Handle all aspects of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-judgment proceedings Pursue creative and value-driven solutions through settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary Work closely with Partners on complex litigation matters while mentoring junior attorneys and litigation staff Contribute to business development and client relationship management Qualifications J.D. and licensed to practice in California Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with exposure to trusts & estates, business, fiduciary, public agency, elder law, real estate, employment, healthcare, and general civil matters Demonstrated ability to bill 1,800+ hours annually Trial preparation and courtroom experience strongly preferred Experience representing fiduciaries, public entities, or business clients a plus Business development ability and leadership experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
