Our team at Advanced Family Dentistry is looking for a hygienist with great skills and personality. Our practice was recently remodeled with brand new equipment and design. Its a low key, high quality practice with 3 docs that truly care about their people. Full hour for each patient and no quotas to meet. Practice the way that you want in a great environment with great pay and benefits.
Ideal candidate has anesthesia certificate and Eaglesoft experience office is open M, T, W, Th, F but there is a lot of flexibility for the right candidate! *Duties*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
* Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, vital signs, and current oral health status
* Take dental radiographs while adhering to infection control protocols
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options
* Review and update medical records accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
* Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and secure handling of medical records
* Support infection control practices by maintaining aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures
* Collaborate with dentists and other team members to deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
