Position
STACK Infrastructure seeks a sharp, highly perceptive, and highly driven Manager, Internal Communications to join our team.
This role is ideal for a high‑judgment communicator and critical thinker who can translate business strategy into clear, compelling communication that informs, aligns, and motivates employees.
The Manager, Internal Communications, shapes how information moves across the company. The work sits at the intersection of leadership intent, employee experience, and business priorities, helping employees understand not only what the company is doing, but where it’s going and why it matters.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support STACK’s business objectives and organizational growth.
Partner cross functionally to create clear messaging for company announcements, strategic initiatives, and leadership communications.
Manage and maintain internal communication channels such as the employee newsletter, companywide announcements, cultural programs, department updates, etc.
Drive consistent internal messaging and alignment across departments.
Measure and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Support employee engagement efforts by promoting programs, initiatives, and events that reinforce STACK’s culture and values.
Maintain editorial calendars and deliver communications on time, clearly, and with the appropriate tone and context.

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid/In Office 3 days/week)
Travel: Minimal

Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, and/or corporate communications.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
Meticulous attention to detail, strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience supporting executive communications and leadership messaging.
Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools (intranets, email platforms, collaboration tools such as Asana, etc.).
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working in commercial real estate, digital infrastructure, capital markets analysis, enterprise-level market research, management consulting, or adjacent fields.
Compensation Range
$115,540.00 - $128,260.00
