
CI Operations IT Manager

This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Poly at the time of application.
What you will be doing:
The CI Operational IT Manager shall assist EMO with enterprise-level IT solutions supporting CI functional management, enterprise coordination and deconfliction, and performance assessment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
attending stakeholder and vendor meetings to identify functional management IT requirements
creating, publishing, managing FRDs for analytical tools, dashboards catalog systems, and coordination platforms, meeting notes, current and future capabilities requirements and backlogs
build proof of concepts for functional management solutions, policy and directive review, surveys, and other formal IT and business management documentation, specific for each product, and provide post-implementation performance and production analysis.
the CI Operations IT Manager shall be a SME with expertise and experiences in a CI career field, specialized in CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services and/or mission support.
Highly desired skills are a credentialed CI special agent or law enforcement at the State or Federal level, graduate of a special agent in CI or a HUMINT certified course.
Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight.
Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor or Master's degree with 4-6 years of relevant subject matter experience, or, specialized training and 4-8 years' subject matter experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
