Member Experience Advocate Welcome Center (Evening/Weekend)

Envision Greater Fond du Lac, Inc. is hiring a Welcome Center Representative to provide exceptional member service at the Fond du Lac Family YMCA. This role requires creating a welcoming environment, assisting with member transactions, and maintaining thorough knowledge of YMCA programs. Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, have previous customer service experience, and be bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred). The position is hourly with shifts available on weeknights and weekends.
