Business Development Manager (FX/CFD) - Peru

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding our client base, strengthening partnerships, and promoting our trading solutions across markets. This role requires strong knowledge of the online trading industry and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new and existing markets and client base, promote our trading solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and affiliates

Identify client trading needs and propose suitable brokerage services, platforms, and solutions

Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, trading conditions, platforms, and partnership programs

Research sales statistics and assess growth opportunities within target marketsMaintain accurate records of leads, partners, and clients within the CRM system

Coordinate with internal departments (Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, Support) to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction

Conduct presentations, webinars, and platform demonstrations to prospective clients and partners

Key Requirements

Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within a CFD / Forex Brokerage

Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), and brokerage operations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines

Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates is a strong advantage

Ability to analyze market trends and identify revenue opportunities

Target-driven mindset with experience working toward KPIs and revenue goals

Willingness to travel for partner meetings, expos, and industry events
