The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Floor Attendant at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Floor Attendant, you will monitor the gaming floor and assist guests with any enquiries.
Pay

$18.80 - $18.80 / hour

What will you do?

Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules
Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures
Assist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiries
Perform minor repairs, make adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tilts
Partner with your supervisor or technician if malfunctions require major repairs
More about you

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a New York State gaming license
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money
Basic gamingmachine knowledge preferred
Physical requirements

Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs
