Job Duties

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and reminders

Answer phone calls and emails and texts promptly, addressing inquiries or directing to the right team members

Support patient check-in and check-out processes, handling payments and patient documentation

Assist patients with product selection

Maintain the appearance and organization of the office and storage spaces

Collaborate with clinical and medspa teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Support administrative tasks and other duties as needed

Qualifications

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
