Core Functions

Draft and review legal documents for second‑level review by the supervising attorney.

Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.

Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales.

Assist in preparation in advance of appearances.

Collaborate with members of the state team.

Actively participate in weekly state meetings.

Engage with the supervising attorney in a one‑on‑one weekly meeting.

Requirements

J.D., licensed and in good standing in all relevant jurisdictions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and adapt to continual change.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
