Boston injury is a multidisciplinary injury and rehabilitation practice seeking a bilingual English/ Portuguese Receptionist/Technical Assistant to join our Framingham location. This. Position is ideal. For someone who enjoys working directly with patients, supporting providers and handling both front desk and technical duties in a busy healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

· Greet and assist patients professionally.

· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.

· Assist with patient intake forms and documentation

· Translate conversations and basic documents.

· Manage office systems, scanning and emails.

· Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk and waiting area.

Qualifications

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic records.

· Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.

· Experience in a medical therapy or multidisciplinary practice preferred but not required.
