Manager, Communications – Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Technology Group
JLL is a leading global commercial real estate and investment management company dedicated to shaping a brighter way forward. We are looking for a Manager, Communications to lead employee and executive communication strategies for REMS Technology.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute employee and executive communication strategies that align with REMS business objectives.

Articulate technology goals and objectives in all communications.

Create comprehensive communication plans across digital, on‑demand, and multi‑channel channels, introducing new ideas and best practices.

Influence stakeholders and decision‑makers to gain their support.

Support technology leaders in developing internal and external messaging for product launches and enhancements.

Prepare speeches, scripts, and presentations for executive speaking engagements.

Monitor social media for relevant topics and develop thought‑leadership blog posts and LinkedIn articles.

Partner with public relations on executive messaging and story placements.

Manage intranet, collaboration sites, and internal communities.

Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistent messaging across geographies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in communications with a track record of delivering strategies and campaigns.

University degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience in a global, matrixed organization; preference for technology companies.

Experience managing multiple communication channels and reaching global audiences.

Creative thinker capable of translating broad concepts into clear, multi‑channel communications.

Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills.

Stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate a fast‑paced global environment.

Collaborative team player.

Commitment to client service and a strong focus on technology.

Previous experience in technology‑related industries preferred.

Location
Chicago, IL – on site.

Compensation
90,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year.
