Required Qualifications
8–10+ years
in:
Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
Digital platform architecture
AEM or similar enterprise CMS platforms
Deep hands-on AEM expertise , including:
AEM as a Cloud Service
AEM Sites, Assets, Forms
Strong technical background in:
Java
Sling
Dispatcher
Front-end integration
Proven experience:
Assessing complex,
highly customized enterprise platforms
Identifying
supportability and architecture risks
Working with
vendor-built systems
Demonstrated ability to:
Develop
technical assessments and recommendations
Define
support models and governance strategies
Communicate effectively with
executive stakeholders
Experience with:
Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience transitioning platforms from:
Vendor-led → internal or hybrid support
Experience establishing:
Governance models
Customization standards
Change management frameworks
Experience supporting:
Public sector or large-scale digital platforms
Familiarity with:
AEM Cloud Manager pipelines
DevOps practices (CI/CD, branching, testing)
Knowledge of:

platform transformation and advisory engagement .
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Leading a
deep architectural assessment
of a complex AEM Cloud implementation
Identifying
over-customization, technical debt, and supportability risks
Defining a
future-state support model (internal vs vendor vs hybrid)
Translating technical complexity into
clear executive-level recommendations
Guiding
architecture, governance, and transition execution
You will operate as both:
A
hands-on architect
A
strategic technical advisor to leadership
