is seeking qualified applications for the position of
Technical Records Clerk
at our
St. John’s, NL
base.
Duties and Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining a computerized maintenance system for aircraft scheduling;
Input aircraft times into the company maintenance tracking software;
Coordinate with maintenance planning in scheduling maintenance events and tasks;
Update maintenance files;
Maintaining aircraft technical log entries;
Filing of log sheets, work orders, and related maintenance documents;
Data entry relating to aircraft technical history and records control;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous Technical Records or Aviation Maintenance experience.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Ability to multi-task
Efficient with a desire to succeed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain a clear Record of Conduct
