Job Summary
The Subcontract PIIM Specialist supports the Subcontracts Department by
collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data from the project's subcontractors . This role focuses on transforming subcontractor commercial, performance, compliance, and delivery data into
clear, reliable insights
that support decisionmaking, risk management, and executive reporting. The position works closely with Subcontracts leadership, project controls, and functional stakeholders to ensure subcontractor data is accurate, timely, and actionable.

Major Responsibilities
Aggregate and analyze subcontractor data (commercial status, commitments, changes, performance metrics, compliance, and risks)
Develop and maintain
Power BI dashboards and reports
focused on subcontractor health, trends, and exposure
Design standardized subcontractor reporting views for
Subcontracts leadership and project stakeholders
Create paginated and executive-ready reports for internal and client use. Build and maintain data models integrating subcontract systems, project controls tools, and structured spreadsheets
Support data quality, consistency, and governance across subcontractor datasets
Respond to adhoc subcontractor reporting and analysis requests
Document reporting standards, data definitions, and user guidance
Serve as a Power BI "superuser" supporting training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree (quantitative or business field preferred)
3-5 years of experience in
data analytics, project controls, commercial analysis, finance, or consulting
Required Knowledge and Skills
Advanced experience with
Power BI, Excel, and data modeling
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Preferred
Experience supporting
subcontracts, procurement, or EPC project teams
Familiarity with enterprise project systems (e.g., EcoSys, P6, ETrack, Setroute, or similar)
Experience working with large, multistakeholder project environments
Knowledge of data governance, reporting standardization, and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
