Overview
We currently have a career opportunity at our Ashland Avenue branch in Green Bay for a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week). The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.
Primary Responsibilities
Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution.
Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate.
Qualifications
One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
Working knowledge of computers and ten‑key data entry skills required.

availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results‑oriented environment.
Our branch is open to members: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm.
