
Associate Electrical Design Engineer

* Designs, modifications, and implements CAD templates in the execution of project based schematic development.* Researching new components and competitive products. Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes.* Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into detail design documents. Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.* Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.* Names specific tools or techniques that can be used to support the analytical thinking process.* Describes specific software applications or products used for business analytics.* Gives examples of how analytical thinking has been used to resolve problems.* Detail orientated skills, ability to think and work out solutions, all while keeping project moving forward.* Helps others research and learn more about business analytics tools and applications.Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.* Explains the major components and deliverables of functional and technical designs.* Describes tasks, activities and key concerns during the functional and technical design phase.* Cites examples of good and bad designs derived from previous projects.* Clarifies standard design methods, tools, and guiding principles.* Explain basic electrical controls concepts and methods* Degree Requirement: A degree in accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum, or relative work experience.* 2-4 years minimum of equivalent experience.* CAD Software Experience: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk Vault* Microsoft Proficient: Word, Excel.
