Corporate Interns at YIP contribute to important operational teams that seek to amplify the impact of the broader organization. Depending on their skills, Corporate Interns may be assigned to support Human Resources, Development/Fundraising, Technology, and Marketing efforts.

Interest and experience in one or more of the following focus areas:
Human Resources: to support onboarding, recruiting, compliance, talent acquisition, volunteer wellness, and professional development functions
Marketing: to design, execute, and implement strategies, initiatives, and posts to grow the Institute's digital presence
Development: to research and write grant applicants and identify other methods for fundraising
Technology: to ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of all internal systems/softwares and YIP's website
