The Real Estate Assistant is responsible for assisting a top Realtor of the Oyler Hines team with buyer showings of homes, assisting with listings, and other real estate related administrative tasks. New Candidates who are newly licensed or have less than one year of real estate experience are encouraged to apply.A real estate license is required for this job.
HOURS
Hours will vary, but you will need to be available for showings as needed and nights and weekend availability are a must. The Daily schedule is flexible, but will need to be coordinated with the Lead Realtor to make sure buyer showings are covered as needed.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The assistant is commission based pay as an Independent contractor.
Additional income can be made through your own personal real estate deals.
Pay is expected to be$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in day to day real estate activities. Typical duties are, but not limited to:
Identify and Show homes to prospective home buyer clients that meet buyer criteria
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers
Refine buyers criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary
Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, and etc.
Promptly return all Team telephone calls, texts and/or emails.
Promptly return all of the clients telephone calls, texts and/or emails
Assist Realtor with any administrative tasks
Create and post Social Media Content
Assist in marketing initiatives
Provide clients pricing information and market research
Educate buyer clients about home buying process by attending buyer consultations
Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments
Assist with any closings, walk throughs, and contract preparation
Some consistent office time will be expected for learning and training purposes
SALES ACTIVITIES
You are able to continue to utilize your real estate license to sell real estate to your sphere of influence, but realize all duties outlined above must be completed in a timely manner
You will have the use of all Oyler Hines support team members to assist in your real estate deals including Marketing services and transaction coordinator services to facilitate contract to close activities.
