Job Details Qualifications Experience with complex commercial litigation or general liability defense such as construction defect, general commercial litigation, tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, and/or automobile liability matters. Ability to work on matters independently and/or take responsibility for large scale discovery and depositions. Strong written communication skills with experience drafting complex opinions and motions. Appellate experience or interest in working on appellate matters is a plus. Texas bar admission is required.
