As a Human Resources Intern, you are responsible for
Assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle while helping enhance our employer brand through creative and engaging social media content and completing other administrative tasks that help ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with posting job openings across various platforms, including job boards and social media

Support resume screening and candidate tracking

Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications

Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and hiring initiatives

Assist with maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records and documentation

Employer Brand & Social Media Recruiting

Create and schedule engaging content to promote job openings, company culture, and employee experiences on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Collaborate with HR and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice

Help develop recruitment campaigns to attract early-career talent and diverse candidates

Monitor social media engagement and identify trends to improve recruiting outreach

Highlight employee testimonials, “day-in-the-life” features, and internal events

General HR Support

Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, and more

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report preparation

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Education and Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva or similar tools a plus
