
Administrative and Operations Coordinator

* Work closely with associate deans to recommend administrative processes to increase efficiency and service quality.* Coordinate operations across departments and partner with business coordinators.* Provide administrative support to the college committees.* Partner with other staff in the college for operational efficiency.* Coordinate updates on college webpages and social media.* Serve as the primary staff liaison for the Dean’s Office.* Manage the Dean’s calendar.* Handle communications, briefing materials, and meeting agendas.* Coordinate meetings, retreats, and advisory board activities.* Attend stakeholder meetings with the Dean.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration or related field* Two (2) years of related experience in administrative and operations support.* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and Zoom.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work cooperatively with others. Listens intently and gets clarification where needed.* Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
