Bliss Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Office Receptionist to join our busy and growing dental practice. This is a full-time position and a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
Verify insurance and collect patient payments
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Manage missed appointments and patient follow-up
Qualifications:
Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
